Tinkerbell Cottage
Tinkerbell Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom weatherboard cottage featuring solid timber floors in the living area and is fully appointed to a very high standard.
The open plan lounge and dining area flow out onto a terrace that captures the morning sun, – a great place to have breakfast and watch the world go by. There is a small private rear garden and parking for 2 cars or a boat at the back of the complex.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine plus pantry basics and complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.
The dining room has ample seating for 8 guests and the lounge has a TV with access to Netflix (using your own login and password details), Sky, a mini stereo system and a gas log fireplace.
There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer and ironing board.
There are electric blankets and linens in the bedrooms and hair dryers and towels in the bathrooms.
Bedroom configuration:
Master bedroom downstairs: 1 super-king, (can be split into two single beds on request) and ensuite.
Master bedroom upstairs: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3 upstairs: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 4 upstairs: 2 single beds (can be made into a super-king bed on request)
The upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and vanity.

Tinkerbell Cottage enjoys the full use of communal areas at the complex from the in-ground swimming pool, spa and BBQ facilities and children’s playground.
